Corporate Profile

The roots started back in 1974 by N. S. Martin as a small business dealing in folding doors, Venetian blinds, until in 1981 where the company was founded to provide consumers with more premium quality product such as Retractable Awnings, Parasols & Window Canopies.

Over the years, we have manufactured our proprietary products to withstand the local weather conditions, unlike seasonal weather in European countries. As a manufacturer of our products, supplying spare parts is NOT a difficulty.

We have our own R+D & manufacturing department in Singapore for New & Existing Product testing center with a stringent Quality Control on outgoing products. Our trained installation teams are very experienced and provided excellent after-sales service.

Some of our products are installed at McDonald, Marina Bay Sands (rooftop), Istana, 7-11 & Giant stores, Govt & International schools and many more.

We are the registered owners of the Francia® Brand & probably the only Shading industry to have a Class2 General Builder which allow us to tender jobs up to S$6.0mil.

Till today we have various customised shading products to suit different requirements & needs, Retractable fabric systems, Aluminium Louvers, Non-Combustible shades, etc.
