Francia® Synthesis Shade cloth Range utilises the latest technologies to combine High Density Polyethylene, advanced Ultra Violet (UV) stabilisers and pigments and the latest manufacturing techniques to produce a broad range of shade cloth for a number of applications.

The Synthesis Commercial Shade cloth Range includes products that are designed for demanding, but aesthetically pleasing architectural designs. Used around the world, from the heat and harsh sun of Australia to the cooler climates of Northern Europe.

Our shade cloth is also used for horticultural and agricultural applications to protect crops and livestock from the extremes of sun and wind. With a vast number of different colours, constructions, shading factors there is a shade cloth to suit most applications. Ideal for residential backyards, courtyards and carports.

Commercial 95

Commercial 95 is a high quality, heavy duty knitted shade cloth specifically developed as a very strong and stable outdoor fabric for use in tension structures and shade sails.

Commercial 95 offers the ultimate combination of maximum sun protection, strength and durability to ensure maintenance free long life performance.

Commercial 95 is manufactured in 14 colours to compliment architectural trends and enhance existing structures. Provides ideal shade solutions for school playgrounds, child-care centres, sporting facilities, car parks and many other commercial applications.

  2. Excellent UV block up to 98.8%.
  3. UV stabilised High Density Polyethylene fabric won’t rot or absorb moisture.
  4. Monofilament yarn in the warp and weft direction for strength.
  5. Tape yarn in the weft direction for excellent UV block.
  6. Unique high quality lock-stitch construction for superior impact and tear strength.
  7. 14 contemporary colours.
  8. Heat set to minimise shrinkage and eliminate curling during fabrication.
  9. Engineered in Australia to meet the harsh climate.
  10. 10 year UV warranty on fabric.

SaFRshade

SaFRshade is a high quality, heavy duty knitted (Fire Rated) shade cloth specifically developed as a very strong and stable outdoor fabric for use in tension structures and shade sails.

SaFRshade offers the ultimate combination of maximum sun protection, strength and durability to ensure maintenance free long life performance.

SaFRshade is manufactured in 9 colours to compliment architectural trends and enhance existing structures. Provides ideal shade solutions for school playgrounds, child-care centres, sporting facilities, car parks and many other commercial applications.
